The Disability Leadership Cohort is an Accenture and Northeastern partnership to connect emerging and established leader with disabilities. We invite undergraduate students (second year standing or higher) who self-identify as a person with a disability in any major and on any campus location to apply here.
Those who are accepted can expect a brave and supportive space to share your lived experiences, explore your disability identity, and grow your skills. You will have Individual 1:1 mentoring with a mentor who is a working professional, living with a disability and invested in your growth. Lastly, you can expect group mentoring through cohort-wide forums.
